Does QueenBCharms ship worldwide?

YES! QueenBCharms accepts Paypal.

Price of shipping and time frame will vary based upon destination. 

Processing time

After an order has been placed, it will take 5-10 business days for your items to be shipped out and receive a tracking number.

 *Weekends do not count as business days*

Tracking Numbers

Tracking Numbers will be sent via email within processing time stated above. All orders will be shipped with USPS.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are received by USPS. If a package is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS and they are responsible to refund you for what was lost or stolen.

To receive any information regarding your order needed to give to USPS in order to process your claim please email QueenBCharms@yahoo.com.

Allow 1-2 business days for email responses.

Returns Policy

All Sales are Final!| QueenBCharms LLC does not accept order returns or exchanges after products were shipped, there are Covid-19 precautionary reasons! | QueenBCharms LLC does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped. Everyone's order is packaged in the same order the orders were placed!

 

Refund Policy 

Purchases with QueenBCharms LLC are non-refundable. (EX: Tracking Numbers with a 'delivered' or 'returned to sender' status are non-refundable)

Refunds exclude shipping fees!

Refunds may be requested before an order ships. (Refund requests are only accepted with in processing days of the order.)

If an order was returned to QueenBCharms LLC due to an insufficient address, the Customer may request a refund, the order must be in the possession of QueenBCharms for a partial refund issued! (Use of Packaging and Shipping Service will be deducted from the subtotal.)

If the buyers credit/debit card was a stolen card, before purchase, it is expected that the issue be brought to QueenBCharms LLC attention by the card owner immediately. QueenBCharms will cancel the order, and issue a refund. However, if there's evidence that the card owner has received their items, a refund/order cancellation may not be issued. 

Damaged/Lost Packages

QueenBCharms LLC is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

Mistake with Order

Received the wrong item? Apologies! QueenBCharms will issue a refund for the item that was not received, OR send the correct item if the item is still in stock.

Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses)

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting QueenBCharms. Please make sure you emphasize your issue at the subject line when reaching out so that it is easy for me to attend to your needs and make sure the issue is resolved! Remember I am only one person and I will respond to all emails as soon as possible!

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address. Therefore, QueenBCharms is not responsible for returned shipments. To have your order re-sent, email QueenBCharms - your FULL address, & Order Number! Please don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. There is an additional shipping fee, QueenBCharms will email you a payment request! Manual Order Corrections take around 5-7 business days to resolve.

QueenBCharms LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
